The role involves attracting and sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, filling positions, recommending placements, mentoring recruiters and recruiting coordinators, maintaining confidential information, and improving recruiting processes. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, along with candidate-pipeline experience, is required; technical recruiting and applicant-tracking-system experience are preferred.
