Description
Security Level 5 is hiring a full-cycle recruiting professional to own and improve its recruiting process, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, drive offers, clarify role definitions and scorecards, and represent the organization to candidates. The role requires at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical or research hiring at a startup or fast-growing organization, along with technical filtering ability, autonomy, and strong mission alignment. It is an in-person Bay Area position with a base salary of $150,000–$220,000 USD per year and benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
