Description
The Recruiter will lead full-cycle talent acquisition for manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, corporate, and professional roles while supporting onboarding, employee records, HRIS data, employee relations, compliance, and HR projects. The role is primarily onsite in Pearland, Texas, with hybrid work flexibility, and requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field plus at least three years of Human Resources experience with significant recruiting responsibilities.
