Description
The Recruiter will support the delivery of freelance and contract staff across offshore, marine, energy, and project-based sectors. The role manages candidate pipelines, sources and qualifies candidates, supports recruitment and selection, coordinates travel and accommodation, maintains CRM and compliance records, and provides data and market intelligence to Senior Account Managers. It is a work-from-home position in Manila with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and flexibility to support operational needs.
