Description
The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process for Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting phone and behavioral interviews, coordinating interviews and offers, performing reference checks, maintaining compliant records, and supporting hiring managers and new hires. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, strong communication and computer skills, and willingness to travel. The position may spend 50% or more of weekly hours on the plant floor and requires adherence to food-safety and safety practices.
