Description
The Recruiter sources, interviews, sells, places, and retains qualified drivers for TransForce customers, supporting open orders and regional hiring goals. The role involves building local applicant pipelines, coordinating with sales, hiring specialists, market managers, and operations, maintaining recruiting data, and communicating professionally with customers and candidates. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, while two years of successful recruiting experience and experience working in TenStreet are required; sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred. The salary is 60,000 plus incentive pay.
