Description
The Recruiter supports end-to-end sourcing operations by sourcing, screening, interviewing, qualifying, and engaging candidates; posting and researching job boards; building crowd-recruitment and specialized talent pipelines; maintaining sourcing funnels; tracking recruitment KPIs; and improving sourcing workflows. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition experience, North American sourcing experience, job-board and ATS experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools.
