Description
The Recruiter supports Trystar’s talent acquisition function by managing full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, partnering with hiring managers, maintaining talent pipelines, and improving recruiting processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing experience, ATS proficiency, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment laws.
