TTEC is hiring an on-site Recruiter in Tempe, Arizona to meet client recruiting targets, coordinate high-volume sourcing and candidate screening, schedule interviews, complete reference, background, and drug checks, and process new hires. The role reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of recruiting experience, strong interviewing and communication skills, and experience with applicant tracking and candidate relationship management.
