Description
Valatam is hiring a fully remote Recruiter to support one of its U.S.-based staffing-agency clients. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, managing pipelines and interviews, maintaining accurate ATS records, supporting temporary and temp-to-hire placements, tracking recruitment KPIs, communicating with stakeholders, and using AI and recruiting technology. It requires fluent advanced English, 1–5 years of recruitment experience, sourcing and ATS expertise, strong organization and communication skills, and availability for a Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time schedule. Compensation is approximately USD 900–1,300 per month, with a medical insurance stipend and other wellness and bonus benefits.
