Vital Lyfe is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter to build its talent team and support the company’s growth. The role partners with founders, engineers, and hiring managers; sources, screens, and coordinates candidates; manages ATS workflows; supports offers and pre-employment steps; and improves recruiting processes. Candidates should have 1–2 years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting, ATS experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. The position requires 100% onsite work in Torrance, California.
