The role owns talent acquisition strategy, sourcing, screening, video interviews, applicant tracking, job descriptions, candidate experience, and collaboration with hiring managers and senior management. Applicants must be located in California, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington, with a preference for Los Angeles, California. The position requires at least three years of in-house full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare and may involve biannual travel to on-site talent and people meetings.
