The role owns the full-cycle recruitment process across corporate, operational, and specialized functions, including sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, interview coordination, candidate records, hiring insights, employer-branding support, and onboarding administration. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, and offers a base salary of $65,000–$75,000 annually plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
