Wesco is seeking a Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and leaders to understand business needs and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role includes sourcing candidates, conducting phone and behavioral interviews, coordinating interview teams, advising on market conditions and sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, improving the candidate experience, and identifying recruiting technologies. The position requires a bachelor's degree, two years of recruiting and staffing experience, knowledge of recruiting policies and employment law, sourcing experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
