YoungCapital is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Nijmegen to connect talent with companies, build a client portfolio, manage client relationships, write job descriptions, conduct interviews, and recruit and select candidates. The role requires an HBO diploma, SEU certification within nine months, residence in the Nijmegen–Den Bosch area, availability for at least 36 hours per week, and at least two years of commercial customer-contact experience. The salary is €2,800–€3,100 gross per month, with quarterly bonuses of up to €900, training, and advancement opportunities.
