YoungCapital is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Nijmegen to work with regional clients on finding and matching talent. The role covers writing job postings, attracting applicants, selecting and interviewing candidates, presenting matches, preparing candidates for employment, and supporting them after placement. It also includes client relationship management, partnership development, and advice on HR matters. The position requires at least an MBO level 4 diploma, strong Dutch communication, responsibility, teamwork, and eagerness to learn. It offers a starting gross salary of €2,750 per month, performance bonuses, training, and the option to work remotely from a European country for one month each year.
