YoungCapital is hiring a full-time Recruiter in Amersfoort to manage a client portfolio, advise clients on young talent, develop relationships, acquire new clients, and recruit and select temporary workers. The role involves frequent client visits, candidate interviews, and daily client contact. The position is based in Utrecht, with clients in the Amersfoort region, and requires at least HBO-level ability, commercial and communication skills, fluent Dutch, and availability for 32–40 hours per week. The gross starting salary is €2,750 per month, with additional development and performance bonuses.
