The role includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, job analysis, applicant reporting, talent-pipeline development, employer branding, and recruitment-channel management. Candidates need at least four years of recruiting experience, strong interview and sourcing skills, ATS and candidate-management experience, and excellent communication abilities.
