Anthropic is hiring a Recruiter to partner with its Communications team and serve as the team's primary recruiter. The role owns full-lifecycle searches from intake through offer, advises leaders on talent availability and cost, engages passive candidates, manages executive and confidential searches, and converts hiring data into recommendations. The position may also support hiring for Brand and Marketing as the team grows. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent education, experience recruiting for communications, PR, or adjacent roles, and offers an annual salary of $240,000–$295,000 USD. The role follows a hybrid policy requiring office presence at least 25% of the time and offers visa sponsorship where feasible.
