Superior Skilled Trades is hiring a Skilled Trades / Construction Recruiter in Houston, Texas, to manage high-volume recruitment for construction-skilled-trade roles. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate communication, pipeline development, client coordination, and compliance, with occasional evening or weekend work. Candidates need at least two years of dedicated skilled trades or construction recruiting experience, strong sourcing and organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities; bilingual ability, MSP/VMS, and Avionte, JazzHR, or Fieldglass experience are advantageous. The position offers a $50,000–$65,000 annual base salary, $2,500–$3,500 in monthly incentives or commission, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and paid time off.
