Description
Pavago is hiring a full-time Recruiter for a 100% remote role with preferred US business-hours overlap. The recruiter will source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound outreach; conduct phone screenings and recruiter interviews; manage multiple open roles and candidate pipelines; coordinate candidate packages; and support urgent hiring requests across sales, operations, marketing, customer support, executive assistance, finance, and technical roles. The role requires at least two years of recruitment experience, strong English communication, sourcing and ATS experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
