Description
The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple federal government contract positions, including high-volume and hard-to-fill roles. The role partners with Operations, Program Management, Security, Human Resources, and business leaders; develops sourcing strategies and talent pipelines; conducts candidate screening and interviews; manages offers and onboarding; maintains compliant records in UKG Recruiting; analyzes recruiting metrics; and recommends process improvements. The position requires at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong sourcing and ATS skills, knowledge of federal contractor compliance, and typically works in a busy office environment.
