Daniels Health is hiring a Recruiter for its Talent Acquisition team in downtown Chicago. The role manages end-to-end, high-volume recruiting for operations-based positions such as Drivers, Production Associates, and Field Service Representatives, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, background checks, offers, contracts, onboarding, stakeholder support, talent pipeline development, and compliance with pre-employment regulations. Candidates should have at least two years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in operations, customer service, manufacturing, or call-center hiring, plus ATS experience such as Lever and strong organizational, communication, time-management, customer-service, and teamwork skills.
