Description
The fixed-term Recruiter will support the attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent across the airline catering operation. The role manages end-to-end recruitment for operational and support roles, including vacancy creation, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offers, compliance checks, and onboarding, while maintaining ATS records, talent pipelines, candidate communication, employer branding, and recruitment KPIs. The position is on-site and requires prior recruiting experience, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, knowledge of UK Right to Work requirements, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
