ABM is hiring a Recruiter for its Frontline Talent Acquisition Team to support high-volume hiring of janitorial team members in the Milwaukee market. The role manages the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate communication, screening, interviews, background and drug-screening paperwork, offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and reporting. It is a hybrid position requiring four days per week in the office at 411 East Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, with a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of high-volume talent acquisition or staffing experience; bilingual English/Spanish ability is preferred.
