Outcapped is hiring a full-time Recruiter, Talent & Hiring Operations to run full-cycle searches for mission-driven clients, manage end-to-end hiring processes, build candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and improve recruiting workflows. The role requires at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, sourcing beyond LinkedIn, Ashby or equivalent ATS experience, and strong communication. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 for US-based salaried employees or $30–$45 per hour for contractors, with remote-first work requiring CEST and Pacific time overlap.
