Description
OKSI is hiring a remote, individual-contributor Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for its engineering, operations, and quality workforce. The role partners with hiring managers to source, screen, coordinate interviews, support offers, maintain requisitions and candidate pipelines, and improve recruiting processes while ensuring compliance. Candidates need at least two years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including independent ownership of searches, and experience with technical or hard-to-fill roles; Paylocity experience is a plus. Compensation is $25.00–$35.00 per hour, with fully paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
