Description
Cummins is hiring a Recruiter Intern for its internship program in Guarulhos and/or Osasco. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, reference and background checks, offer preparation, application communication, recruitment reporting, and coordination with hiring managers and HR. The intern will work onsite three days per week, require extensive internship-program experience, university-partnering experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, advanced English, and experience in industrial selection and inclusive talent attraction.
