Cummins is hiring a Recruiter Intern for its internship program in Guarulhos and/or Osasco. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate evaluation, reference and background checks, offer preparation, application communication, recruitment reporting, and coordination with hiring managers and HR. The intern will work onsite three days per week, require a relevant degree or equivalent experience, advanced English, and extensive experience with internship program processes, university partnerships, industrial selection, inclusive talent attraction, and candidate experience monitoring.
