The Trinks Group is hiring a Recruiter (m/f/d) for its headquarters in Hennef. The role manages the full recruiting process for commercial and administrative departments, from job postings through onboarding, while serving as a recruiting contact for executives, developing talent acquisition and employer-branding initiatives, sourcing candidates, and improving recruiting processes. The position is initially limited to 12 months and offers flexible working hours, including remote work up to two days per week.
