Lily & Fox is hiring a part-time, onsite recruiter to build and manage a pipeline of hourly warehouse talent. The role owns the end-to-end recruiting process, including posting, sourcing, screening, onsite interviews, hiring-standard coordination, and support for warehouse staff. It also involves preparing a flexible staff pool for seasonal surges and tracking funnel metrics and retention outcomes. The position requires at least three years of recruiting experience, strong screening and interviewing instincts, onsite availability, clear communication, and organizational skills.
