The role manages the full recruitment cycle, including needs assessments, sourcing, resume evaluation, interviewing, candidate placement across nine communities, shortlisting qualified candidates, and collaborating with HR and management to improve the recruitment process. The position requires a post-secondary degree or work toward one in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or Marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, and a positive team-oriented approach.
