Description
Allegis Global Solutions is hiring a Recruiter or Senior Recruiter to lead high-volume open vacancies, manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, source candidates, coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders, monitor recruitment KPIs and SLAs, forecast workload, and support candidates through interviews. The role requires prior high-volume recruitment experience in staffing or corporate HR, behavioural-interview experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
