Description
CTC is hiring a contract Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across its technology teams during a period of elevated demand. The role involves sourcing, job description and search-strategy development, candidate debriefing and calibration, and managing candidates from first contact through offer. Candidates should have approximately five or more years of recruiting experience, strong direct-sourcing and technical-vetting skills, familiarity with behavioral interviews and technical assessment tools, and the ability to work quickly in a hybrid in-office setting in Chicago or New York.
