Great Clips is seeking a Recruiter to support hiring for independently owned salons by sourcing licensed stylists, barbers, and salon managers; building local talent pipelines; screening candidates; coordinating salon tours and interviews; supporting franchisee recruiting strategies; promoting salon careers; tracking follow-up; and participating in hiring events and community outreach. The role requires organization, strong communication, relationship-building, digital sourcing skills, and recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with retail, service, hospitality, or multi-unit experience helpful and beauty or salon industry experience a plus.
