Description
The Recruiting & Talent Sourcing Analyst will source, screen, engage, and coordinate candidates through active recruiting searches, prepare client-ready candidate showcases, and support placement, showcase, and time-to-fill goals. The role is full-time and fully remote for candidates based in the Philippines, with an expected total compensation of USD 1,200–1,300 monthly. It requires recruiting or sales experience, strong English communication, outbound candidate engagement, organization, and familiarity with recruiting tools; healthcare, technology, engineering, finance, agency, staffing, RPO, startup, or AI recruiting experience is preferred.
