ITS Logistics is hiring a Recruiting Intern to support the full-cycle recruiting process at its Fort Worth Brokerage Center. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, maintaining applicant information in Greenhouse, supporting talent pipelines and campus recruiting, assisting with employer branding and onboarding, and tracking recruiting metrics. Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
