The role serves as a hiring leader’s advisor, develops sourcing and selection strategies, creates job postings and social media content, screens candidates, coordinates interviews, supports offers and background checks, maintains candidate and hiring-manager communication, and represents the employer at recruiting events. The position requires a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, strong relationship-management and communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities; professional HR certifications are preferred. The stated pay range is $66,500 to $92,000.
