The role manages interview scheduling, candidate and hiring-manager communication, data integrity in Ashby, workflow bottlenecks, automation, playbooks, and escalation of operational issues. Candidates need at least seven years of recruiting coordination experience, complex multi-participant scheduling experience, applicant tracking system experience, and a record of leading a coordination or operations team. The position offers $100,000–$125,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
