Deepgram is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to run the operational engine behind interview loops across engineering, research, product, go-to-market, and G&A. The role schedules candidates within two business days, reduces scheduling time through AI and automation, maintains Ashby data accuracy, submits interview feedback within 24 hours, manages onsite, virtual, and travel logistics, and identifies process improvements. The position requires strong calendar and stakeholder management, clear candidate communication, AI-native workflow design, ATS maintenance, and discretion with confidential information; approximately 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or similar operations experience is preferred.
