GC AI is hiring a full-time Recruiting Operations Coordinator to manage complex interview scheduling, build Ashby scheduling automations, coordinate interviews across multiple teams, support recruiting events, and develop interviewer training programs. The role uses AI tools to improve recruiting operations and focuses on candidate experience, operational efficiency, and scalable hiring systems in a fast-growing startup. It is distributed across North America and soon Europe, with hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, Utah, and hiring across the United States and Canada.
