Description
Hark is hiring a full-time Recruiting Coordinator to manage candidate logistics and communications, administer and optimize Greenhouse, build recruiting reports and dashboards, design recruiting programs and tools, enable recruiters and interviewers, and improve talent operations. The role requires at least two years of recruiting coordination or talent operations experience, ATS and scheduling platform experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs. The US base salary range is $75,000 to $120,000 annually.
