Roboflow is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support hiring across sales, customer success, marketing, engineering, product, customer-facing technical roles, and operations. The role coordinates interviews, manages candidate communications, maintains recruiting data in Ashby, supports search health meetings, improves recruiting workflows and reporting, and partners with People, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. It is based in the New York City Hub, requires five days per week in the office, and offers a target base salary of $90,000 to $110,000 plus equity and other benefits.
