Skydio is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to work onsite at its San Mateo headquarters. The role coordinates phone, video, and onsite interviews; greets and tours candidates; supports university recruiting events and intern onboarding; maintains records in Ashby; and assists with employer branding, swag management, and event planning. The position is suitable for recent graduates or early-career people-operations professionals, requires in-person work four to five days per week, and offers an annual base salary of $80,000 to $100,000 plus equity and benefits.
