Description
Hover is hiring a full-time Recruiting Operations Coordinator to own interview scheduling, candidate experience, and sourcing coordination across open searches. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives; manages scheduling conflicts and debriefs; reviews applications; and uses AI sourcing agents, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and Greenhouse to find active and passive candidates. The position is based in San Francisco and requires hybrid attendance at the office at least three times per week.
