Description
The Recruiting Intern (m/w/d) will support ENERTRAG’s talent acquisition activities by conducting introductory interviews, reviewing and pre-selecting applications, coordinating interview schedules, handling unsolicited applications, and contributing to recruiting process improvements and special projects. The internship lasts 5–6 months with a 40-hour weekly schedule and is available in Berlin or Dauerthal. Applicants must have a valid German work authorization for the internship duration, be enrolled in a relevant university or university of applied sciences program, and speak fluent German with good English skills.
