Collectors is looking for a Recruiting Leader to oversee and optimize their Grading, Operations & High-Volume Recruiting function. The role involves driving the evolution and scaling of recruitment strategies domestically and internationally, focusing on high-volume hiring across various departments like production operations, grading/authentication, and support. Key responsibilities include optimizing recruitment processes, developing robust reporting and capacity planning systems, managing international recruiting strategies, and fostering strong vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of Recruiters and Candidate Experience Leads, ensuring operational excellence and contributing to the company’s growth.
