Description
Profound is hiring its first Recruiting Operations hire to build and scale the systems, processes, data infrastructure, and recruiting technology that support hiring at scale. The role owns the ATS configuration and integrations, audits and improves the hiring process, manages Recruiting Coordinators, builds recruiting metrics and dashboards, enables hiring managers, sets process SLAs, creates documentation and playbooks, and partners with Finance and People Ops. It is an on-site role in New York City or San Francisco with a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 plus equity and benefits.
