Description
Forus is hiring its first Recruiting Operations hire to own and improve the company’s recruiting technology, reporting, dashboards, integrations, automations, referral programs, and hiring workflows. The role requires 3–8 years of experience in recruiting, people, revenue, or business operations, strong ATS and data skills, and the ability to drive adoption across recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders. It is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City’s SoHo office, with medical, vision, and dental insurance and other benefits.
