CHAOS Industries is hiring a Recruiting Operations Manager to lead Recruiting Coordinators, improve hiring workflows, administer recruiting systems, develop interview training and scorecard frameworks, standardize candidate communications, evaluate recruiting technology, and track operational metrics. The role requires at least five years of recruiting or HR operations experience, two years of people management experience, Greenhouse expertise, and strong process and analytical skills. It is based in El Segundo, California, with at least three days per week onsite, and offers a base salary of $140,000 to $170,000 plus benefits and equity.
